What to expect from your Coordinator  

• A personalized two hour consultation with Your Wedding Coordinator two weeks prior to the wedding to discuss all details

• Your Wedding Coordinator will conduct a complete review of all vendor contracts in order to fill in the gaps for the wedding day

• A personalized Order of Ceremony

• Your Wedding Coordinator will dedicate two hours to the wedding rehearsal

• Your Wedding Coordinator will be present up to three hours prior to the ceremony to act as a liaison between you and all vendors.

• Your Wedding Coordinator will orchestrate and instruct the Bridal Party during the rehearsal and the ceremony

• Your Wedding Coordinator will be present up to three hours following the wedding ceremony to ensure that the reception is conducted according to the Bridal Party’s wishes.
