Replacement & Refund Policy
We strive to always provide the freshest, highest quality flowers & plants available!
We receive flowers fresh from the growers five days a week.
The life expectancy, ability to bloom, or vitality of each flower is largely dependent on Mother Nature.
There are steps that you can take to extend the beauty of your arrangement!
The higher the temperature, the faster flowers will deteriorate. Keep arrangements away from sunny locations, windows, doors, heaters, fireplaces, or on top of or near electronics like TVs. If possible, place arrangements in a cool place overnight.
Add fresh water to the container daily; for vased arrangements you can snip the ends of the stems every few days to allow them a fresh drink of water. Always ensure that greens do not fall below the water level as this will cause the flowers to deteriorate faster.
As blooms begin to fade, remove the stem from the arrangement to prevent decay of remaining flowers.
If you have properly cared for your arrangement and it does not meet your expectations, we will happily replace your flowers according to availability.
In order to receive a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
For replacement: request must be submitted by phone or email within 3 days of delivery.
For refunds: when replacement is not practical, a store credit will be issued for local deliveries.
A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to us via email within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
Plants & Dish Gardens: We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light attributing to our final sale policy. A natural predispose defect to a plant being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. The care for the piece purchased is entirely the responsibility of the customer and recipient.
We will offer replacement of defected plants. Defects include fungi, parasites, etc. Customers are required to return the plant to the store within the 7 day period for evaluation to determine cause of the problem. Issues with the plants related to watering, temperature and lighting are not considered defects and are the responsibility of the new owner upon receipt of the plant/arrangement.

From time to time a specific flower or container may not be available due to quality or availability issues. In these instances, Open Air Designs will substitute of equal or greater value. We cannot provide refunds due to unavailability in these instances. We appreciate your understanding.
